  • 1 oz avocado oil
    o 1 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • ½ lime, juice and zest
  • 1 - 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
    o 1 - 2 tbsp chopped parsley
