- 250 g plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- ¼ tsp granulated sugar
Frozen Fruit Sorbet

- 10 g fresh root ginger peeled, cut in round slices (2 mm)
- 1 fresh green chilli halved (with seeds)
- 15 g olive oil
- 150 g red split lentils rinsed
- 15 g tomato purée
- 300 g water
- 3 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- 1 vegetable stock cube (for 0.5 l)
- 350 g cherry tomatoes halved
- 400 g coconut milk
- 150 g fresh spinach leaves
