- 3 spring onions/shallots (approx. 60 g), trimmed and cut into quarters
- 2 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves only, plus extra (optional) to serve
- 1 garlic clove
- 20 g olive oil
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 40 g pine nuts
