- 30 g yellow onions coarsely chopped
- 20 g coriander leaves coarsely chopped
- 10 g pitted olives coarsely chopped (opcional)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice adjust to taste
- ½ tsp salt adjust to taste
- ½ tsp sugar adjust to taste
